While we must ensure Congress and the next president are conservatives and will attempt to undo the damage incurred during the Obama administration, we have to ensure that the states are run by constitution-minded individuals to counter the threat of federal oppression. In addition, state-level representatives represent our own "boots on the ground" politicians, as most legislators around the country are not full-time politicians, but have their own businesses and employment situations that put them in stead with the citizens.
We need to ensure these state politicians are versed both in the federal and their respective state constitutions, and structure their laws toward those ideals. As the GOP morphs into the Democratic part of old, while the new Democratic Party is indistinguishable from a Soviet-style socialist regime, we must fight back at the most fundamental level: the states.
I have created a Voter Campaign database built on the Microsoft Access platform that I will give FREE OF CHARGE to ANY state-level candidate who is a bonafide conservative or constitutionalist (libertarian) Republican. In addition, I will set it up and help authorized campaign officials on how to use the database.
Please note: I can offer the database, as well as the services, at no charge based upon current Federal Election Commission (FEC) laws. There are no contribution violations by doing this.
This database is very robust and handles a variety of different functions. It is primarily used for campaigns to plan and execute their "boots-on-the-ground" strategy, as well as effectively coordinating phone bank and social media. It allows for a vertical contact management process that documents every contact made with a candidate, from phone calls, emails, person-to-person, and other methods to ensure that potential voters are contacted in the most efficient manner.
The basic process is as follows:
1. You send me the database of registered voters. Typically it will be an Excel sheet with each individual who registered to vote in the previous election, as well as include any other elections they had registered prior to that one. It usually includes their party, their address, and other contact information like phone numbers and emails. More modern registration lists include social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
The process to enter the information into the database may take 2-3 days, but can be fasttracked as needed.
2. Here are some processes that the database is set up for:
- Phone banks. The list can be filtered for pertinent items, such as party, age, gender, or other items. Phone banks can be conducted through computer forms, or by printed lists, to control whom the campaign worker calls.
- Walking lists. A critical process involves "boots on the ground" campaigning where candidates and their supporters walk the streets knocking on doors. A walking list consists of registrants and street addresses that follow a natural route up or down a street. For instance, lists can be printed not just by street order, but can also be oredered by all even-numbered or all odd-numbered streets so campaign workers only stay on one side of the street. Lists can be specially formatted for any process.
- Detailed contact management: Every voter who is contacted in any way is recorded in the contact management process so that a manager can readily see when and how registrants have been contacted.
- Assigning campaign processes and tasks. This ensures that the jobs that need to be done are assigned at the right time.
There are different processes which allows the campaign to focus efforts on the most important aspect: one-to-one contacts with potential voters. This database is equally as effective in primary or general election campaigns.
Again, this database is not for sale, and is intended for Tea Party candidates in any state or regional contest. If you are interested, please contact me through private message at my facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/jonah.kyle.9).
The database is currently being vetted through local beta testing. It will be ready for distribution on January 7, 2014.
